Service Description
This link is for Medicaid paying and DWIHN Respite Voucher clients ONLY.....Drop in for some “Respite time” this service is used to allow you the caregiver or parent some time away, to run errands, grocery shop, enjoy a spa, doctor appointments or to just take you some personal breathing time away from the hassle of everyday care giving of a loved one. Register online to secure your 2hr time slot payable through Medicaid, approved clients ONLY must go through an initial Intake process. Please note this service may include a co-payment. Please note: you are ONLY allowed to book a maximum of 4 hrs per day (2 consecutive time slots & up to 2 days per week) of Respite Care. Cancellation Policy
To cancel please contact us and do so within 8hrs of you registered time slot otherwise you will voluntarily forfeit your spot. Any online payments are NON-refundable and for DWIHN clients your cash out of pocket co-pay fee will be applied to your account for the missed visit. As; this is a courtesy to everyone including staff that made plans to be present for your reserved appointment and prepared for your arrival, and for other families that may have wanted the same time slot you booked for. Please make sure that you are booking for the correct day & time slot that you want prior to checkout. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
